There are many moving parts throughout the pool construction process, and it takes communication, dedication, and attention to detail to make it all run smoothly. The Blue Lagoons Pools & Spas has been building pools since 2006 and has the experience to build your backyard poolscape with ease.

When we come to your house to begin pool construction, we want you to know what to expect. From the pool construction crew to machinery, your backyard will be bustling for several weeks. We take pride in the efficiency in which we construct our pools and look forward to bringing our expertise to your backyard.

Building a pool is an exciting process!  Below are the steps to get started and please contact us with any questions.

Initial Planning

After you call us we will schedule a time to come out to your property. Before we meet the following items will be requested and discussed:

-Copy of your property survey stamped by a licensed surveyor
-A general description of the type of pool you are looking for (spa, water features, shape, size)
-Project budget- A budget is required for us to design exactly what you are looking for
-Financing – We encourage clients to speak with one of our lenders if financing is required. Our lenders specialize in pool financing and can get you pre-qualified within 24 hours. Click on the link below for a list of lenders.

Design Phase

During this phase your pool starts to come to life.

-Site visit is conducted where we discuss your ideas and get an idea of what would work best in your space
-We discuss the different types of pools available and different options
-Computer-generated 3D model is created that will replicate your backyard and allow us to customize a pool
-A second meeting is scheduled where you come to the office to view the completed pool design and get your new pool proposal. We can also make any changes to the design during this time.

Finalize

At this meeting we review specific finishes and color selections and review the contract. We have a wide selection of options available in our showroom. After the contract is signed we submit your design for permit approval.

Construction

After the design is approved by the city and any applicable HOA’s we can begin construction. We will be in contact with you throughout the project. We are available at any time to answer any questions that come up during the process.
