POOL SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

We can fully service your pool so it stays clean and clear every day of the year. Every maintenance plan includes chemicals and detailed upkeep to ensure that your pool is maintained for you to enjoy.


Full Weekly Service Plans includes:

Prices starting at $39/week!

  • Check chemical levels of swimming pool water to ensure they are properly balanced
  • Chemicals checked each visit: Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, pH, Alkalinity, Phosphates, Cynaric Acid Level, Salt Levels, Calcium, and Dissolved solids
  • Check for proper operation of pumps, filter, heater, automatic cleaner, salt systems, and all other important components of the swimming pool equipment
  • Some pools require the use of a Power Vacuum, Portable Vacuum, or Leaf Master for vacuuming purposes
  • Net the swimming pool and vacuum when needed
  • Scrub the tile and brush the pool walls
  • Backwash filter as needed or at least once a month
  • Empty skimmer, pump baskets, and cleaner bags
  • Check for plumbing leaks, operational valves, actuators, and proper configurations
  • Check swimming pool and spa lights, as well as GFCI’s
  • Check automated controls and timers
  • Check condition of swimming pool deck, coping, and tile
  • Check condition of swimming pool surface
  • Check for proper electrical wiring and components
  • Check to make sure all pool jets are moving in the appropriate direction
  • Update hours of operations for equipment depending on time of the year

Homeowner responsibilities:

  • Keep water at proper level in pool
  • Keep equipment properly maintained
  • Schedule filter cleans as needed

Partial Weekly Service Plan Includes:

Prices starting at $35/week!

  • Check chemical levels of swimming pool water to ensure they are properly balanced
  • Chemicals checked each visit: Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity,
    Phosphates, Cynaric Acid Level, Salt Levels, Calcium, and Dissolved solids
  • Backwash filter 1 visit a month if Sand or D.E. Filters (As well as add new D.E.)
  • Check for proper operation of pumps, filter, heater, automatic cleaner, salt systems, and all other important components of the swimming pool equipment
  • Empty skimmer, pump baskets, and cleaner bags
  • Check for plumbing leaks, operational valves, actuators, and proper configurations
  • Check automated controls and timers
  • Check condition of swimming pool deck, coping, and tile
  • Check condition of swimming pool surface
  • Check to make sure all pool jets are moving in appropriate direction
  • Change operations of hours for equipment depending on times of the year
  • Not included: (Vacuuming, Brushing, Netting Pool)

Homeowner responsibilities:

  • Skim or vacuum pool weekly
  • Keep water at proper level in pool
  • Keep equipment in proper running order
  • Schedule filter cleans as needed
