What is the pool building process?
Where do we build?
The Blue Lagoons Pools & Spas has gratefully expanded to meet the needs of an ever-widening referral base, and is now pleased to serve customers throughout the following areas and beyond.
How long does it take to build an inground pool?
It usually takes 16 weeks on average to build an inground pool. Factors such as approval time for city permits and weather can also affect this time.
How much space is needed for an inground pool?
We can build a pool to fit just about any size yard. There are limitations on building within city setbacks, right of ways, and on how close you can build next to a foundation.
How much does an inground pool cost?
The Blue Lagoons builds high-quality pools with a structural lifetime warranty that are constructed with a gunite shell reinforced by steel with durable finishes and reliable equipment.
A basic pool with equipment set up, will cost approximately $67,000. We also build large pools and can add features such as a spa, water features, tanning ledges, unique lighting, and different types of decking. Your pool designer will review all of these options with you and break down the pricing for each. See our custom pool options here.
While the pool is being built, do I need to do anything?
Just be mindful that your backyard is a construction zone for a few weeks’ time while the pool is being built. Plan on not having use of your backyard during this time. We will continue to be your point of contact and ensure you are updated with what is taking place at all times.
After the gunite is completed, we will ask you to spray it with water a few times a day for seven days as part of the setting process. Otherwise, sit back and watch until your backyard is transformed into your own personal backyard oasis!
How much does it cost for a quote?
